Responsibilities
Source and engage qualified candidates across international markets using job boards, social media, networks, and recruitment partners.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Review applications and conduct screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and fit.
Coordinate cross-border hiring with hiring managers, HR, and legal teams, including immigration and employment requirements.
Support offer extension, negotiation, candidate acceptance, and onboarding.
Track recruitment metrics in ATS systems and report hiring progress and market insights to leadership.
