About the Role
We’re looking for someone who lives for building things that don’t exist yet.
A launcher. An operator. A dealmaker. Someone who wants to own a business line, not just execute tasks. You’ll create the entire Workspace Lending channel from scratch — strategy, ops, partnerships, product flows, everything. You’ll be the mini-CEO of a brand-new revenue engine inside one of the most explosive fintechs in SEA. And here’s where it gets even more interesting:
👉 We are open to entering this segment not only through starting from the scratch, but also via M&A — acquiring an existing player if the strategic fit is strong.

The position involves being and working most of the time in Manila. We help with relocation, finding housing and other things to make your move as comfortable as possible.
What you’ll do:
- Build a new channel from zero
- Turn an idea into a live, revenue-generating engine
- Define experiments, design the GTM approach, and scale what works
- Win B2B partnerships with major employers
- Build relationships with CHROs, Total Rewards teams, HRBPs, and Employee Engagement leads
- Position Salmon’s Credit Line as a top-tier employee benefit
- Negotiate deals, co-design joint rollouts, and secure deep, long-term partnerships
- Create product and operational systems
- Design flows for employee verification, applications, integrations, and ongoing ops.
- Partner tightly with Product, Risk, Compliance, and Ops
- Constantly iterate, remove friction, and experiment your way to better conversion.
- Use and grow our partner ecosystem
- Activate existing Salmon partners across fintech, HR-tech, and digital distribution.
- Scout, evaluate, and onboard new ecosystem partners
- Scale
- From first pilot → to first thousand active users → to a stable, high-performing national channel
- Own the roadmap, metrics, and full P&L awareness
- (Bonus Level) Drive M&A Exploration
- Help evaluate, shape, and potentially participate in an M&A strategy for this segment
- Assess targets, analyze synergy, and help define the integration model
- Be part of a rare “build or buy” strategic moment in Philippine fintech
Who You Are:
- You’ve built something from scratch: new markets, geographies, verticals, channels, or business lines.
- You know B2B sales and can run senior-level conversations with HR leaders.
- You’re a relationship builder and a closer.
- You think in systems and have a product mindset — experiments, funnels, optimization.
- You thrive in fast, ambiguous, high-energy environments.
- Experience in fintech / startup / marketplace / mobility / e-commerce. Nice-to-Have.
- Knowledge of HR-tech, employee benefits, payroll systems, or corporate distribution.
- Lending or credit product exposure.
- Experience driving cross-functional initiatives — or having worked closely with product & risk teams.
