Develop and maintain a strong understanding of market dynamics, advertiser needs, agency structures, competitors, and emerging digital media trends.
Contribute to the evolution of Futbol Sites' commercial offering and go-to-market strategy.

Team Leadership

Lead, coach, and develop the commercial team, setting clear objectives, priorities, and performance expectations.
Build a high-performing, collaborative, and results-oriented sales culture.
Support team members in developing strategic accounts, closing complex opportunities, and expanding existing business.
Monitor team performance, pipeline development, revenue forecasts, and achievement against targets.
Identify opportunities to strengthen capabilities, processes, and commercial best practices across the team.

Business Development & Sales

Lead the identification and acquisition of new clients, advertisers, agencies, and strategic partners.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across brands, media agencies, advertising agencies, and the sports ecosystem.
Personally manage and develop strategic and high-value accounts.
Lead major commercial pitches, negotiations, and partnership discussions.
Develop innovative and customized commercial proposals that combine Futbol Sites' digital media assets, audience, content, and sports expertise.
Ensure consistent achievement of revenue and business growth targets.

Market & Industry Leadership

Maintain a strong network and active presence within the digital media, advertising, sports, and fútbol industries.
Represent Futbol Sites at relevant industry events, meetings, conferences, and client activities.
Stay ahead of changes in digital advertising, media consumption, audience behavior, sports marketing, and competitive offerings.
Bring market intelligence and new commercial ideas into the organization.
Identify opportunities to position Futbol Sites at the forefront of the digital sports media ecosystem.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with Marketing, Content, Revenue Operations, Ad Operations, Programmatic, and other internal teams to ensure successful execution of commercial initiatives.
Partner with regional and global stakeholders to share market insights and identify opportunities across Argentina
Ensure that client expectations and commercial commitments are clearly communicated and effectively delivered.
