Your role in the team

As a Product Owner for Delivery & API, you ensure that our contractual commitments are accurately reflected in our operational platforms, so that our customers receive exactly what has been agreed upon, at the expected level of quality.

Your responsibilities

• Work cross-functionally and across all organizational levels, from executive management to operational teams, understanding how delivery works in practice and what each department needs.
• Contribute your own ideas, constructively challenge existing approaches, and translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements.
• Analyze our operational processes and identify the resulting technical requirements, whether driven by business KPIs, partner requirements, or the further development of our systems and APIs.
• Maintain and refine the product backlog, prioritizing it in collaboration with stakeholders and the technical team.
• Ensure that requirements are clearly understood, properly documented, and reliably implemented.
• Define appropriate test cases to verify that implemented solutions meet the requirements.

What we expect from you

• An educational or professional background in business, technology, IT, or a related field, gained through a degree, vocational training, or equivalent practical experience.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills; knowledge of Polish, Spanish, or German is an advantage.
• At least three years of experience in a leading role as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Requirements Engineer at the interface between business and software development.
• Experience with APIs, system integrations, and workflow management systems, along with an understanding of how business processes can be digitally mapped and automated.
• The ability to quickly understand complex systems, combined with a solid understanding of operational processes and business KPIs.
• A pragmatic, results-oriented approach with a strong commitment to quality and a focus on scalable, maintainable solutions.
• Clear, respectful communication skills and a willingness to share knowledge and take ownership within the team.
