We are a dynamic and fast-growing fashion retail company building a strong creative brand with ambitious commercial goals. We are looking for an experienced HR Manager (HRBP) who will become a true business partner to leadership and a driver of people strategy.
This is not a purely operational HR role. We are seeking a professional who understands how to connect creative teams, retail operations, and business objectives into one coherent culture and performance system.

Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic HR Business Partner to top management and department heads
- Build and strengthen a culture of interaction between creative teams, retail stores, and business units
- Lead and optimize the full recruitment cycle (HQ & retail), ensuring strong employer branding and high-quality hires
- Develop and implement performance management systems (KPIs, evaluation cycles, feedback processes, development plans)
- Support retail leadership in workforce planning, talent development, and succession planning
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and internal communication initiatives
- Advise management on organizational design, workforce effectiveness, and change management
- Ensure HR policies and processes are aligned with business strategy and retail dynamics
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in HR, including proven experience as an HRBP
- Strong background in fashion retail or retail industry
- Deep understanding of recruitment, retail operations, and performance management systems
- Experience working with creative teams is highly desirable
- Strong business acumen and ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent Russian and English
