Growth Marketing Head
=====================
* Yerevan/Europe/UK
* Hybrid/Remote
We’re hiring a Growth Marketing Head to scale Krisp’s prosumer and SMB business — one brand, one growth engine, massive headroom.
Millions use Krisp today — but our voice AI should be used by tens of millions of prosumers and SMB team members in their meetings, and by hundreds of thousands of SMB call centers worldwide. Closing that gap is your job.
We’re not starting from zero. We have strong product and SEO teams, and channels that already work — organic, brand, ads, affiliate. What we need is the person who scales them: pours fuel on the channels that are working, builds paid acquisition into a major growth engine, and measures everything ruthlessly. The emphasis is on performance marketing and measurement — turning budget into growth, scientifically.
This is not a “manage the agency” role. You’ll build and run the growth engine with your own hands.
Locations
---------
Yerevan, Armenia, or remote from Europe/UK. Remote candidates must spend the first month with us in Yerevan, and a few weeks per quarter after that. Relocation to Armenia is a big plus — we cover it.
What you’ll do
--------------
* **Performance marketing at scale.** Multi-million-dollar annual budgets across paid search, paid social, creator and emerging channels. You own targets, spend efficiency, and channel strategy for both products.
* **Scaling what already works.** Established channels are producing — your job is to find the headroom in each, invest where marginal returns are best, and take them to the next order of magnitude.
* **Measurement.** Attribution, incrementality, LTV and payback models, cohort analysis, campaign dashboards. Every dollar and every channel measured — you build your own reports, query your own data, and find growth others miss.
* **The experiment machine.** Hypotheses, tests, and scaling decisions run as a system — high velocity, clean measurement, no guessing. You decide what to kill and what to 10x, based on data.
* **Automation & tooling.** Bid management, creative testing pipelines, audience syncs, reporting — if it can be automated, you automate it.
* **Two growth motions.** KrispWork’s high-volume prosumer and SMB funnels are different games. You’ll run both and know when to apply which playbook.
What we are looking for
-----------------------
* **Super smart, super analytical.** You think in models: LTV/CAC, payback curves, marginal ROAS, incrementality. Spreadsheets are not enough for you — you work with raw data.
* **Proven at scale.** You’ve personally run performance campaigns with multi-million-dollar budgets and can show the numbers: spend managed, CAC achieved, growth delivered.
* **A systems thinker and a builder.** You’ve built growth infrastructure from scratch — tracking, attribution, automation, reporting — not just operating someone else’s setup. You’re excited to build the Krisp Growth Operating System with us.
* **Taste.** You instantly spot when a creative, a landing page, or a message is off-brand or just not Krisp. Performance without brand judgment burns money and trust — you have both.
* **Technical.** scripting or working fluently with APIs and AI tools is a strong plus. You automate before you delegate.
* **High agency.** You don’t wait for briefs. You find the opportunity, size it, test it, and scale it.
* **Fluent English.** You’ll work with tier-1 markets (US, UK, EU, Canada, Australia) daily.
##### **AI-native**
Together we’re going to build the **Krisp Growth Operating System** — a growth engine where everything that can be automated with AI, is. Campaign creation, creative testing, bid management, analysis, reporting: AI runs the repetitive work, you make the decisions. Efficiency should be at its maximum — one person with the right systems should do the work of a whole team. If AI isn’t already in your campaigns, your analysis, and your daily workflow, this role isn’t for you.
How to apply
------------
All interested candidates are encouraged to apply through this **form
**.
We highly appreciate all applications, however, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for the next stages.
##### **Why join**
* Scale two proven products inside one of the world’s leading voice AI companies — global brand, millions of users, markets that are still wide open.
* Real budgets, real leverage: your decisions move millions in spend and millions of users.
* Zero bureaucracy, direct access to leadership, maximum speed.
* Maximum transparency — you’ll see the numbers, the strategy, and the reasoning behind every decision.
* **High compensation and meaningful equity** — we’ll walk you through the comp math in the first conversation.
* Work from Europe/UK or join us in Yerevan — a fast-growing tech hub with a strong engineering culture and one of the best quality-of-life-to-cost ratios anywhere.
