Description

G42 Americas is a global artificial intelligence and technology group with its origins in Abu Dhabi, rapidly growing its presence in the US, Europe and other global markets. We are building a vertically integrated AI powerhouse with an ambition and a proposition on par with the world's leading hyperscalers, spanning AI data centers, hyperscale AI cloud infrastructure and frontier AI applications.

At the core of that ambition is a simple idea: G42 is building the world's AI token factory and AI agent factory, the industrial-scale infrastructure that produces intelligence, and the platforms that turn that intelligence into agents and applications reshaping how governments, enterprises and society work.

Overview:

The Principal Account Executive will own a focused portfolio of AI-native and digital-native customers, originating and progressing GPU, compute, inference and platform opportunities.

You will build relationships with founders, CTOs, infrastructure leaders, procurement and finance stakeholders, converting technical demand into commercially sound, scalable customer engagements.

This is a senior individual contributor role with substantial account and pursuit ownership and no people-management responsibility.

G42 Americas is headquartered in Bellevue, Washington. We are in the formative stage of building the company, its operating rhythms and culture, and we value meaningful time together in person. The role will require comfort operating across the US and other global markets as G42 Americas scales its AI infrastructure platform and commercial presence.

We are open to candidates located anywhere across the West Coast.

Responsibilities:

AI-Native Account Strategy

• Build account plans for priority AI-native and digital-native companies, including stakeholder maps, workload hypotheses, engagement priorities and growth pathways.
• Position G42 Americas as a preferred compute and AI infrastructure platform for fast-moving technical customers.

Pipeline Creation and Qualification

• Create new-logo pipeline through direct outreach, ecosystem relationships, venture and accelerator networks and targeted industry engagement.
• Qualify opportunities across workload, GPU scale, architecture, capacity timing, commercial viability and customer bankability.

Commercial Execution

• Lead pursuits from discovery through proposal, commercial structuring, negotiation and close.
• Develop expansion plans covering additional capacity, managed services, inference, token-based offerings and joint go-to-market opportunities.

Cross-functional Delivery

• Coordinate pre-sales, product, engineering, finance, legal, Deal Desk and operations to progress opportunities responsibly.
• Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasts, account actions, risks and decision milestones.

Qualifications:

Required

• 8-12 years of experience in enterprise sales, strategic accounts or business development across AI, cloud, infrastructure, SaaS or developer platforms.
• Track record creating and closing complex new-logo opportunities.
• Commercial and technical fluency across GPU infrastructure, cloud, inference, data and platform requirements.
• Candidates must have demonstrated experience in AI infrastructure, including GPUs, accelerated computing, and related ecosystems.
• Experience engaging senior commercial and technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred

• Relationships across AI-native companies, venture-backed technology firms, AI labs, NeoClouds or developer ecosystems.
• Experience selling GPU capacity, cloud infrastructure, inference platforms or consumption-based services.

What Sets You Apart

• You combine a strong hunter mindset with credibility among technical founders and engineering-led buying centers.
• You operate at pace, qualify rigorously and turn technical interest into commercially viable opportunities.
• You influence cross-functional teams without direct authority and take personal ownership for outcomes.

Our Culture: Founder Mode

G42 Americas is a company for builders. We are scaling at extraordinary speed, and we run the business the way founders do: hands-on, close to the work, biased to action and personally accountable for outcomes.

• Hands-on leadership. Our leaders go deep. They build, ship and own outcomes; they do not simply oversee.
• Founder mode. High ownership, high velocity, direct communication, and minimal bureaucracy.
• Room to shape. The blank canvas and pace of a startup, built on the foundation of an established global business with capital, customers, infrastructure, and world-class partners already in place.
• Build something great. We are assembling a few exceptional people to build a generational company, and we expect everyone who joins to leave a personal mark on what gets built.

We are building for long-term impact, and our rewards philosophy is designed to attract leaders who can help shape that future.

The compensation structure consists of base salary with bonus, LTIP and benefits on top. Salary ranges are set according to the role, level, and location.

G42 Americas is committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace. As an equal opportunity employer, G42 Americas does not discriminate based on race, national origin, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, protected veteran status, disability, age or any other legally protected status. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), we provide reasonable accommodations to qualified individuals with disabilities throughout the application and employment process.
