End-to-End Process Manager

For a quarter of a century, the Jellycat family have brought joy, wonder and playful fun to people of all ages, in every part of the world. Utterly original and in a class of their own, they are currently among the most loved and collected toys of their kind. How has this gentle tribe endeared themselves to so many? Perhaps it is their whimsical expressions. Or the deliciously soft fabrics. Or the beautiful way in which they sit in your hand. Whatever it is, there is something magical and unmistakeable about each one of them.

• Tracking key decisions and actions, creating visibility of ownership and helping teams deliver against agreed commitments.

• Identifying risks, dependencies and potential roadblocks early, working collaboratively to resolve issues and escalating where appropriate.

• Continuously looking for opportunities to simplify and improve processes, tools and ways of working, increasing clarity, efficiency and agility across the product journey.

You'll have;

• At least five years’ experience in project, programme or process management, ideally within a product-led consumer business.

• A strong understanding of end-to-end product development, including timelines, critical paths and cross-functional dependencies.

• Excellent planning and organisational skills, with experience managing complex workstreams and competing priorities.

• Proven experience bringing multiple functions together, creating alignment and driving delivery against shared commitments.

• Strong communication and influencing skills, with the confidence to facilitate discussions and constructively challenge stakeholders at different levels.

• A proactive, solutions-focused approach to identifying and resolving risks, dependencies and roadblocks.

• A continuous improvement mindset, with experience simplifying processes and improving ways of working.

• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment, balancing strong process discipline with flexibility and pace.
