Growth Marketing Manager

🚀 Salmon is a technology-driven financial company building a banking and lending platform across Southeast Asia, starting in the Philippines.

We're looking for an experienced Growth Marketing Manager to lead the next stage of Salmon Credit Line's growth in the Philippines.

The challenge: reach new customer segments, particularly the Philippine middle class, and build a growth engine that delivers sustainable business results.

This is a hands-on role with real ownership of strategy, budget, and outcomes.

What you'll work on:

• Own Credit Line's growth strategy and acquisition budget
• Run experiments across paid channels, landing pages, onboarding, activation, and retention
• Turn customer research and market insights into growth opportunities
• Work closely with marketing, product, analytics, origination, and risk teams
• Track CAC, LTV, retention, and other metrics that connect growth to business performance

What we expect:

• 5+ years in growth, performance, or product marketing
• Strong experience with acquisition funnels, analytics, and experimentation
• Hands-on knowledge of performance marketing tools and channels
• A track record of experiments that delivered measurable results
• Strong commercial thinking and the ability to drive projects independently

Experience in banking or lending is a plus, but we're equally interested in strong growth talent from other industries.
