About the role

You know the directors of Italian universities, business schools and academies by name? This role is for you.

We are looking for a senior professional who has lived the education sector for years, has a portfolio of active relationships and can open doors from day one. Not a profile to train: a professional who brings the market with them.

You will report directly to the Head of EduQa International Markets and work alongside the Italian team (BDRs and account management). You will:

• Open and close new strategic accounts: universities, business schools, academies, vocational and online training providers

• Own the full sales cycle, from first contact to signature, with deals involving management, finance and admissions

• Activate your network from the first weeks and turn it into real pipeline

• Negotiate commercial terms and structure agreements tailored to each institution

• Represent EduQa at trade fairs, events and sector associations

• Bring what you hear from clients back to our market and product teams

What you'll need

At least 7 years of B2B sales, including at least 4 in the education sector (universities, business schools, training, edtech or services for educational institutions)

• An active, verifiable network of decision makers in Italian education: managing directors, CFOs, heads of admissions and marketing

• A measurable track record: targets exceeded, deals closed, new markets or segments opened

• Experience with complex sales involving long cycles and multiple stakeholders

• Full autonomy in managing your own pipeline

• Native Italian and fluent English; Spanish is a plus

  Nice to have

  • Experience in fintech, payments, consumer credit or student financing

  • Knowledge of public universities and their procurement processes

  • Hands-on use of a CRM (HubSpot or similar)

  What we offer

We have a strong and sustainable foundation where we provide a secure and reliable workplace. You have the freedom and trust to make the best contribution possible.

  • A role with direct, visible impact

  • Exposure to the whole company: you will work with managers across every function and every market.

  • 23 vacation days + 2 days of free disposal per year.

  • Professional development workshops and seminars.

  • Flexible compensation plan for transportation, restaurants, and kindergarten with Cobee.

  • Health insurance discounts with Sanitas and Adeslas.

  • Urban mobility support via Kleta.

  • Free access to healthy, organic, and sustainable fruits.

  • Wellness Programme covering 6 areas: occupational, physical, financial, emotional, social, and environmental.
