Collaborate with Government Relations to ensure compliance with local regulations and conduct risk assessments related to government policies and legislative changes.
Partner with Legal to identify and mitigate legal risks, review contracts, and ensure all processes align with regulatory requirements and corporate policies.
Work closely with Product teams to assess and address product-related risks, ensuring that features and workflows are designed with built-in risk prevention and user safety.
Coordinate with Commercial teams to evaluate and mitigate financial and operational risks in partnerships, pricing models, and commercial agreements.
Engage with Driver Operations and Safety teams to monitor compliance, address performance-related risks, and implement safety protocols protecting customers, partners, and employees.
Qualifications
Proven experience (5+ years) in Risk Operations, Compliance, or related functions within regulated or high-growth industries, with strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks, product and operational risk management, and cross-functional collaboration with Legal, GR, Product, Commercial, and Safety teams.
Skilled in risk assessment, incident management, and data-driven decision-making, with the ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into practical, scalable operational processes.
