We’re looking for a Recruiter (Jun+/Middle) who enjoys working independently, loves structured processes, and feels confident managing their own pipeline.

You’ll work with international hiring managers, support high-volume recruitment, and directly contribute to the company’s growth.
What you’ll be doing
- Managing full-cycle recruitment for mass hiring roles
- Sourcing and screening candidates
- Conducting HR interviews
- Coordinating interview stages with hiring managers
- Keeping your pipeline organized and healthy
- Ensuring a smooth and friendly candidate experience
- Tracking hiring progress and sharing updates
We’d love to see
- 0,5-2 years of recruitment experience (mass hiring is a big plus)
- Confidence working independently
- Strong sense of responsibility and ownership
- Good organizational skills
- Working proficiency in English B2 or higher
- Experience with LinkedIn and ATS tools
