We are looking for a Head of Product Marketplace to lead this segment, accelerate market digitization, and drive sustainable growth.

🔥Responsibilities

• 📊Strategy & Full P&L Ownership: Act as Vertical Lead with P&L ownership of the marketplace in Russia. Define multi-year strategies, manage budgets, forecast revenue, and optimize pricing to maximize GM and ensure sustainable profitability.
• 🤝Partner Network & Supply Acquisition:Lead B2B sales and account management teams to digitize the fragmented transportation market through partnerships with regional operators and hub infrastructure networks.
• 📈Key Metrics Management: Drive PAX, GMV, Net Revenue, GM, EBITDA, and C-NPS.
• 🛠Product Localization & Operational Excellence: Collaborate closely with local product and engineering teams to tailor the booking experience and ensure seamless integration with local payment gateways and infrastructure.
• 🔄Cross-Selling & Portfolio Expansion: Optimize the user journey to drive conversion and maximize cross-selling between our user community and commercial partners, while adding new travel modes.
• 👥Team Building & Direct Leadership: Attract, retain, and develop top talent. Directly manage Sales, Accounts, Operations, CRT, and BizDev.

🎯Requirements

• 7+ years in business leadership, general management, or management consulting, preferably in OTA, mobility, e-commerce, or B2B2C marketplaces.

• Deep understanding of the Russian transportation, logistics, or travel market; experience with offline B2B stakeholders is a plus.

• Proven track record of P&L ownership, scaling marketplace verticals, and building high-performing sales teams.

• Strong collaboration with product and engineering teams.

• Native Russian and strong professional English.
