GTM Lead, Europe

Why work at Higgsfield AI?

We're the fastest-scaling generative AI company in history, hitting $1B in annual revenue run rate, 30M+ users worldwide, 6M+ generations per day, and powering 390 of Fortune 500 brands. We’re building at the absolute frontier of AI-powered video creation and next-generation creative tools. Joining Higgsfield means becoming part of a high-impact team shaping the future of AI-native experiences, at a company that isn’t just moving fast, but rewriting what fast looks like.

About the role

Higgsfield AI is looking for a GTM Lead, Europe to open and own our European business. You will be our first dedicated commercial hire for the region, responsible for turning Europe's agencies, brands, production companies and media groups into Higgsfield customers.

This is a build, not a manage. You will define the European go-to-market, source and close the region's first lighthouse accounts yourself, and set the playbook that the next wave of European hires will follow. You will work closely with our Asia-based Growth team, our US-based Enterprise team, and directly with company leadership.

The ideal candidate has sold creative, marketing or AI technology into European enterprises and agencies, brings an existing network across at least two major European markets, and is energised by owning a region from zero.

What you'll do

Open the European market

• Build and execute Higgsfield's European go-to-market strategy, starting with a named-account plan across the UK, Spain, Ireland, the Nordics, Benelux and Southern Europe (France and DACH are a second wave).

• Segment the region by readiness to buy: advertising and creative agencies, consumer brands, production companies, broadcasters and streamers, gaming and sports media.

• Personally source, run and close the region's first enterprise and agency deals, from first touch through negotiation and signature.

• Convert high-usage European creators, teams and agencies already on the platform into team and enterprise accounts.

Build pipeline and revenue

• Own European pipeline, forecast and bookings; keep 3x+ pipeline coverage and report weekly to leadership.

• Run an outbound-first motion alongside inbound from the platform: executive outreach, events, partner introductions and creator-community referrals.

• Lead commercial negotiations, enterprise agreements, and multi-year and usage-based deal structures.

• Build local references and case studies that make the next European deal easier than the last.

Work the ecosystem

• Build relationships with senior decision-makers in European agency holding-company networks, independent agencies and brand marketing organisations.

• Identify and activate European channel and distribution partners (agencies, production studios, creative platforms, local resellers) with the Head of Partnerships.

• Represent Higgsfield at European industry events and in local media as the leading AI video platform for creative work.

• Localise positioning, pricing packaging and campaigns for European buyers with Marketing and Product.

• Surface market, competitive and regulatory signals (including EU AI Act and data-residency questions) to Product, Legal and leadership.

• Define what the European team should look like at 5 and 15 people, and help hire it.

What success looks like in year one

• A European named-account plan and sales playbook that leadership has signed off.

• The first marquee European agency and brand customers live in production, with public references.

• A forecast that is accurate within 15% quarter over quarter.

• A hiring plan for the next European GTM hires, with the first of them onboarded.

Requirements

• 8+ years in enterprise sales, business development, partnerships or GTM leadership, including 3+ years selling SaaS, AI, creative technology, marketing technology or media technology in Europe.

• A track record of sourcing and closing six- and seven-figure deals yourself, not only through a team.

• Experience selling into advertising agencies, brand marketing organisations, or media and entertainment companies in at least two European markets.

• An existing network of senior buyers in European agencies, brands or media groups.

• Comfortable opening a region alone: no local marketing, SE or RevOps bench on day one.

• Fluent English; a second major European language (Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Dutch or Nordic) is a strong plus.

• Based in, or willing to relocate to, Almaty; or based in Spain, the UK or Ireland with the right to work there and able to travel across Europe and to Almaty regularly.

• Genuine enthusiasm for generative AI and hands-on fluency with Higgsfield or comparable creative AI tools.

Nice to have

• Experience at an AI-native company, a creator platform, or a usage-based software business.

• Relationships in European broadcasters, streamers or sports media.

• Prior experience as a first or founding commercial hire in a region.

What we're not looking for

• A strategy-only leader who needs a team before they can produce results.

• Someone whose success has depended on a large inbound brand and a full supporting bench.

• A single-market seller; Europe is too diverse for one-country experience.

What we offer

• Competitive base salary in USD, based on your experience, skills, and the scope of the role.

• Equity participation through the company’s stock option program, giving you the opportunity to share in Higgsfield’s long-term growth.

• Relocation support for candidates moving from another city or country.

• A highly collaborative, fast-paced environment where you can work directly with experienced leaders and have a meaningful impact on the product and company.

• Opportunities for professional growth, ownership, and career development as the company scales.

Location and working model

We would prefer this person to be based in Almaty, where much of our Growth team sits. We are equally happy with a fully remote hire based in Spain, the UK or Ireland, with regular travel to customers across Europe and to Almaty and San Francisco for planning sessions and company events. Team members are expected to maintain sufficient overlap with the Growth team's working hours and to be active, responsive and close collaborators across time zones.
