• Participate in an on-call rotation (~once per quarter) supporting production systems

Minimum Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in FinTech, InsurTech, or pricing/financial systems at scale
• Proven experience building or contributing to 0→1 products or major feature launches
• Experience working on cross-domain systems with many upstream/downstream dependencies
• Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, execution-focused environments with tight timelines
• Strong understanding of pricing strategies, risk systems, or transactional platforms
• Demonstrated ability to improve system scalability, reliability, and operational performance
