What We're Looking For:

On this role the incumbent will be executing tasks assigned by the manager, with a strong emphasis on effective communication with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders. Responsibilities:

Requirements:

 

Language Skills - B2/C1

• English (EN): for daily communication, navigating systems, and collaborating with team members.
• Additional European Language (DE, PL, TR, IT, FR, NL):
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in the chosen second language are essential for handling direct customer cases.

• Highly Organized & Detail-Oriented: Ability to keep track of tasks, handle structured data carefully, and avoid mistakes in customer files.
• Reliability & Deadline-Driven: Capable of prioritizing tasks effectively to consistently meet internal deadlines and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Communication Skills: Open and confident in communicating with various stakeholders (both written and verbal)
• Basic MS Excel Knowledge: Comfortable working with basic spreadsheets, filtering, and organizing data.

 

 Working Hours & Location Model

• Commitment: Minimum availability of 4 working days per week
• Work Location: Office-based onboarding and collaboration at our local office site.
• Hybrid Option: possible transition to a hybrid working model upon the successful completion of initial training, proven operational capability, and consistent performance results.
