Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

About the Role
Are you a high-energy, consultative sales professional passionate about helping fast-growing businesses scale? As an SMB Cloud Account Executive, you will be the driving force behind empowering Small and Medium Businesses across Australia to compete like enterprise giants.
You will own the end-to-end sales cycle, introducing SMB leaders to the future of AI and data through Salesforce Agentforce and Data 360. In this role, you aren’t just selling software—you are acting as a strategic growth partner, helping businesses unlock their data, automate their customer service and sales with autonomous AI agents, and accelerate their revenue.
If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love working directly with founders, CEOs, and business leaders, and want to be at the forefront of the AI revolution, this is the role for you.

What You’ll Do (Impact)

• Drive Growth: Manage the complete sales lifecycle—from prospecting and qualifying to negotiating and closing—focused on the dynamic SMB market.
• Be a Trusted Advisor: Engage directly with SMB owners, CEOs, and heads of growth to understand their business challenges and demonstrate how Agentforce and Data 360 can drive immediate efficiency and ROI.
• Demystify AI & Data: Show resource-constrained businesses how easily they can deploy autonomous AI agents (Agentforce) and unify their customer data (Data 360) to punch above their weight class.
• Execute High-Velocity Sales: Effectively manage a high volume of active deals, prioritizing effectively to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Collaborate for Success: Partner closely with internal lead generation, marketing, and solution engineering teams to create compelling, tailored demonstrations that speak directly to an SMB’s unique pain points.

What You’ll Bring (Requirements)

• SMB B2B Sales Experience: Proven track record of success in a quota-carrying technology or SaaS sales role, specifically selling into the SMB or Commercial space.
• Entrepreneurial Mindset: A self-starter attitude with the ability to navigate fast sales cycles and adapt quickly to the changing needs of growing businesses.
• Consultative Approach: Ability to build instant rapport with business owners, translating complex AI and data capabilities into clear business value and rapid time-to-value.
• Tech & AI Curiosity: A strong interest in AI technologies and data analytics, with the ability to quickly learn and articulate the benefits of Agentforce and Data 360.
• Strong Pipeline Management: Excellent organisational skills to manage a high-velocity pipeline, ensure accurate forecasting, and maintain high activity levels.
