Senior Account Manager

Europe’s energy companies are rebuilding how they serve millions of households, and the data behind that shift is what we do. As our Senior Account Manager, you’ll be the person they trust to make it work.

You’ll start by owning a book of enterprise accounts across the Nordics and Benelux, spanning energy retailers. You decide how each relationship grows: what gets renewed, what gets expanded, and what value the customer sees. Over time, that book grows into strategic, multi-year accounts, and you become the C-level advisor your key customers turn to first.

You’ll work closely with the Delivery, Product, and Finance teams. You own the commercial outcome, from the first account plan to the multi-year renewal.

What You’ll Do

• Own the commercial relationship: Be the trusted commercial partner for every account in your book, with a live account plan.
• Own every renewal: Close each renewal on or before contract end, including multi-year and usage-based deals, and spot risk early enough to fix it.
• Grow your accounts: Own the growth of every account in your book, spotting expansion opportunities early and turning them into signed commercial outcomes.
• Prove the value: Agree success metrics with each customer and run quarterly business reviews (QBRs) that show the value delivered and what comes next.
• Forecast with confidence: Know your accounts’ numbers and give an accurate view of your book, using MEDDPICC (a sales qualification framework) in HubSpot.

Who You Are

• You have 6+ years in B2B SaaS sales, including 3+ in an enterprise account management or expansion role.
• You bring energy domain knowledge: dynamic tariffs, flexibility, smart-meter data, retail customer engagement.
• You have carried a retention and expansion target and delivered on it, including the renewals that needed a rescue.
• You step in early when a renewal looks at risk and pull the right people together. At our size, you take it on and follow it through to a result.
• You run accounts with long cycles and many stakeholders (IT, product, marketing, customer operations).
• You use AI to build repeatable systems, such as account-plan templates, renewal risk alerts, or QBR prep workflows built with tools like Claude.

Bonus If You Bring

• Hands-on experience with MEDDPICC, Mutual Action Plans and HubSpot.
• Fluency in a second language besides English, ideally a Nordic language.
