• Data and Pipeline Excellence: Partnering with key internal customers to ensure their success, including formalizing highly sensitive unstructured data (e.g., contract data) using Data Governance, Custom Objects, and Prompt Templates. We are focused on improving the reliability of key pipelines, such as the DataKit pipeline, to create a consistent and self-serve experience and minimize unnecessary escalations.
• Platform Enablement and Operations: Delivering critical operational stability by managing support items, successfully completing audits (like SOX), and ensuring the smooth adoption of key new/GA features (SentOS, MCP, ITSM) as customer-0 in EPIC Org.
