About Salesforce

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

The Experience

As a Business Development Associate (BDA) at Salesforce, you will be part of a dynamic team focused on driving growth in the Latin American market (LATAM). In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in prospecting, lead generation, and understanding the sales cycle, in addition to positioning yourself for a successful career in Sales Development.

The BDA Program at Salesforce is designed to transform your potential and develop high-impact sales skills. Our proven 6-12 month program prepares BDAs to advance into Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) with expertise in Salesforce solutions, solutions selling, and customer profiling, while collaborating with experienced SDRs and managers.

What You'll Actually Be Doing:

• Manage and nurture Partner Leads (PLs), working closely with consulting partners to ensure a smooth lead handover, qualifying PLs, aligning on next steps, and following up on time to increase conversion rates.
• Qualify inbound leads from Salesforce marketing campaigns, events, and website traffic, and conduct outbound lead generation including cold calling, email outreach, and social media engagement to generate pipeline across multiple segments.
• Collaborate with SDRs and Sales Executives to schedule discovery meetings and showcase our platforms through live demonstrations, researching target accounts and helping develop personalized outreach strategies.
• Track prospecting activity in Salesforce's CRM, leverage Salesforce's AI tools to streamline workflows and articulate our value proposition, and participate in training and shadowing to learn best practices.

You're Our Person If...

• Bachelor's degree with graduation date between December/2027 and December/2028.
• Intermediate English and strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Enthusiasm for building a career in sales and technology.
• Collaborative and self-motivated, with a passion for learning and personal growth; previous internship or work experience in sales or customer service is a plus.

Even Better If...

• Previous internship or work experience in sales or customer service.

Program Highlights:

• Structured Training: The BDA Program offers comprehensive enablement, including sales methodology, product knowledge, and role-specific skills development.
• Mentorship and Support: Work side by side with experienced SDRs and sales leaders, gaining invaluable mentorship to help you progress in your career.
• Career Advancement: BDAs who successfully complete the program are well-positioned to advance to SDR roles within 6-12 months, accelerating their sales careers at Salesforce.
• Hands-on Experience: BDAs are immersed in the real-world challenges of lead qualification, profiling, and nurturing, preparing them to contribute immediately to the sales pipeline.

What We Offer:

• The opportunity to learn from industry leaders and grow your career in a Fortune 500 company.
• A culture of continuous learning and development, including mentorship and formal training programs.
• Competitive salary and benefits, including health, and vision coverage, along with employee wellness programs.
• A chance to make an impact by helping businesses grow through innovative Salesforce solutions.
