As a key Sales Lead for Work Dynamics, the candidate is also expected to drive cross-selling of other product offerings across the firm. You will be responsible for prospecting in the market, expanding the existing client base, and leading contract negotiations that maximize profitability, mitigate risks, and ensure alignment with company governance and standards.

This role has a dual focus. Approximately 30% of the role will be dedicated to driving sales targets across Philippines, with a major emphasis on converting regional and global mandates within existing accounts. Competencies and Experience

A bachelor's degree is required, complemented by at least eight years of experience across relevant industries. Proven strengths in consultative sales, business development, sales enablement, stakeholder management, and leadership are essential.

Experience in the property and real estate sector, particularly within Integrated Facilities Management, is preferred. However, candidates from complementary industries with strong enterprise sales backgrounds will also be considered.

The ideal candidate should demonstrate:

• Strong commercial and financial acumen.
• Experience managing P&L considerations.
• Proficiency in CRM and sales platforms.
