Key responsibilities:
- Own delivery of data requests end-to-end — including requirement structuring, coordination with business teams and DWH, and validation
- Deep analysis of business processes and formalization of data requirements
- Work with DWH team: task setting, model review, UAT
- Participate in Data Quality projects — develop rules and quality metrics
- Contribute to the business glossary and data entity descriptions
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Power BI) and workflow automation platforms.
- SQL — strong working level (ability to independently explore, join, and validate data across multiple sources)
- Understanding of DWH and data flows (sources → transformations → reporting)
- Ability to translate business needs into structured data requirements (BRDs, user stories)
- Strong analytical thinking and problem decomposition
- Data validation and quality assessment
- Ability to work with incomplete or ambiguous data
English — working level; Russian — fluent
