Server Equipment and IT Solutions · Saint Petersburg · Income from RUB 250,000
We are an international IT company that has been operating in the market since 2018 and holds a strong position in EMEA region.
We supply server equipment, components, and IT solutions to corporate clients worldwide.
Our customers include IT companies, system integrators, distributors, and resellers. They choose us when reliable equipment, fast delivery, and high-quality service matter.
We already have an established sales department, well-defined processes, and an inbound flow of high-quality B2B leads.
We are looking for a strong manager who can build on this foundation to drive growth: improve team performance, increase sales and profit, and strengthen relationships with international clients.
This is a role for a leader who knows how to manage through metrics, develop people, and take responsibility for commercial results.
Why this role may interest you
- High-quality inbound leads. Managers receive inquiries from potential clients. Your task is to increase conversion into deals, develop customer relationships, and grow sales volume.
- A ready-made foundation for growth. You will not need to build sales from scratch: there is already a functioning department and an established structure. You can focus on strengthening the team and improving efficiency.
- International market. A strong position in EMEA region and work with corporate clients from different countries offer the opportunity to solve large-scale commercial challenges and develop international expertise.
- Autonomy and impact on results. You will manage the team, set priorities, and improve processes while being accountable for departmental performance.
- Performance-based income. Total income starts at RUB 250,000 per month.
What you will do
- Ensure targets are met and exceeded. Break down departmental goals into specific individual performance metrics for managers, manage the sales funnel, and forecast sales.
- Improve sales effectiveness. Identify reasons for lost deals, improve handling of inbound leads, increase conversion, and develop repeat sales.
- Strengthen the team. Recruit, onboard, and train managers; develop their negotiation skills; build motivation systems; and achieve sustainable results.
- Develop international clients. Monitor the quality of customer service, join key negotiations and complex deals, and communicate with clients in English.
- Ensure transparency in departmental operations. Maintain CRM discipline, monitor deal progress, and make data-driven management decisions.
Who we are looking for
- A leader with proven results. At least 3 years of sales management experience, including at least 1 year in B2B sales. You can demonstrate in numbers how sales and team performance grew under your leadership.
- A confident manager. You know how to set goals, distribute responsibility, provide feedback, and ensure commitments are fulfilled. You do not replace team management by personally closing every deal.
- An independent professional with commercial thinking. You identify growth opportunities, propose solutions, and see them through to results. You understand the difference between revenue growth and profit growth.
- A leader with fluent English. You can independently handle business correspondence, negotiations, and discussions of commercial terms with international clients.
Experience selling server or networking equipment or other IT solutions, an understanding of IT infrastructure, and experience working with international clients will be an advantage.
Knowledge of additional languages spoken in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa is also a plus.
Working conditions
- Official employment, product training, and ongoing team support.
- Fully office-based work in Saint Petersburg, a 5-minute walk from the Ladojskaya metro station.
