Team, about the role
We are looking for a recruiter focused on two hiring streams: back office (support and administrative roles) and non-game development (big data, AI, Creatives Dev). In this role, you will face new challenges and a fast-changing environment, influence processes, lead initiatives, and test new hypotheses.

Tasks
- Independently manage the full recruitment cycle, from briefing to handing the candidate over to onboarding
- Develop sourcing strategies together with the team and analyze their effectiveness
- Develop modern sourcing methods on LinkedIn and other platforms
- Improve the quality of candidate assessment, including through AI tools
- Analyze sourcing effectiveness using an advanced analytics system
- Ensure transparency of work and build partnership relationships with hiring managers
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in product IT or gamedev companies
- Strong knowledge of modern sourcing methods on LinkedIn and hh.ru, including Boolean search and key search operators
- The ability to write engaging and compelling job descriptions and candidate outreach messages
- Experience working with analytics tools, as well as an understanding of core recruitment analytics principles and metrics
- Experience partnering directly with hiring managers, the ability to identify and highlight hiring challenges, propose actionable solutions, and confidently defend your position with well-grounded arguments
