• Experience with core banking integrations, including real-time ledger processing, account processing, payment workflows and external system connectivity.
• Experience delivering products on cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure or similar platforms, including cloud security, data segregation, microservices architecture and deployment pipeline concepts.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments using SAFe, Large Scale Scrum (LeSS), Scrum@Scale or similar frameworks to manage cross-team dependencies and enterprise releases.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Software Engineering, Finance or a related technical field or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience.

Experience that would be great to have:

• SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or equivalent product, cloud or business analysis certification.
• Experience using Jira, Confluence, Postman, Lucidchart, Visio or similar tools for backlog management, technical documentation, API analysis or architecture mapping.
