Flutter Developer

About the role

We're building PingTop — a fast-scaling, next-gen product with a modern, AI-first engineering process. We work with AI agents directly in the IDE every day (it's core to how we ship, not an experiment). Your main focus is building our Flutter mobile app; you'll also occasionally touch our Node.js / TypeScript backend on AWS.

Responsibilities

- Build and maintain features in our Flutter mobile app — this is your primary work
- Occasionally contribute small changes to our Node.js + TypeScript backend and integrate the app with REST APIs
- Use an AI agent in your IDE (Cursor / Claude Code / Copilot) as your primary development tool — prompt, review, verify, and ship
- Participate in code reviews; write clean, maintainable code
- Communicate with the team in English (standups, PRs, docs)

Requirements

- Flutter (Dart) — PRIMARY requirement: solid hands-on experience building and shipping mobile apps in Flutter
- Basic working knowledge of TypeScript and Node.js (enough to read and make small backend changes — you'll grow this on the job)
- Good English — able to communicate and work in English day to day
- Hands-on experience using an AI agent in the IDE — brief the agent, review its output, own what ships
- Confident with VS Code and Git

Nice to have

- Basic AWS (S3, EC2/ECS, reading logs)
- REST APIs, WebSocket, PostgreSQL / MongoDB
- Docker, CI/CD (GitHub Actions)
- Experience publishing apps (App Store / Google Play)
