We are seeking a highly valuable Solution Architect with a strong technical background to join our architecture team. This role is prospective and has been created in line with the company’s planned team expansion.
This role drives solution design and implementation that ensuring solutions provide maximum value while meeting compliance and regulatory requirements. With expertise in software engineering, cloud development, DevOps and development practices, provide technical leadership and ensure that solutions deliver business value and align with stakeholders' objectives and expectations.
Key Responsibilities Presales Activities
- Thoroughly review and understand the RFI/RFP, to identify all technical and functional requirements, clients’ needs and expectations.
- Work closely with various involved parties (client stakeholders, sales, project management, development, finance) to gather input and ensure alignment on the proposal.
- Conduct a feasibility analysis to determine if the project is achievable within the given constraints (time, budget, technology, etc.).
- Build credibility with a client via expert advice, strong technical communications, and exceed expectations.
- Assess the risks and identify any potential challenges or roadblocks.
- Develop a high-level architecture and solution design that meets the RFP requirements with operation of unique custom solution and based on reference architecture.
- Prepare a detailed technical proposal that outlines the proposed solution, including architecture diagrams, technology stack, integration points, and any third-party components, that follow corporate guidelines.
- Identify the required resources (personnel, hardware, software) needed to deliver the proposed solution.
- Collaborate with sales and project management teams to develop an accurate cost estimation for the proposed solution.
- Prepare and deliver presentations or demonstrations of the proposed solution to the client or RFP issuer.
- Rapidly develop a Proof of Concept or make technical research for a client` request and demonstrate it on a demo session.
Commercial and Internal Activities - Architecture Design & Communication
- Design and lead the implementation of solutions and technologies, ensuring alignment with client needs and technical feasibility.
- Present and explain architectural decisions from a technical and business perspective, highlighting alternatives, trade-offs, and business impact.
- Make informed technical decisions and communicate them effectively to both business and technical stakeholders, including impact analysis.
- Client Engagement & Trust
- Build trust with clients by demonstrating strong technical, communication, and business skills.
- Contribute collaboratively during solution discovery, maintaining professional and transparent communication.
- Ensure seamless integration of new solutions into the client’s existing IT landscape.
- Estimation and Cost
- Provide and verify technical estimations, participate in estimation reviews, optimization sessions, and retrospectives.
- Calculate infrastructure costs and total cost of ownership (TCO) for proposed solutions.
- Conduct cost optimization analysis and recommend alternative architecture options, leveraging FinOps practices.
- Audit existing IT solutions and conduct technical due diligence, delivering detailed findings and recommendations.
- Solution Delivery & Implementation
- Lead technical teams during solution implementation, providing guidance and support in addressing technical challenges.
- Coordinate with operations and DevOps teams to ensure smooth deployment, release management, and post-deployment support.
- Ensure solutions comply with relevant regulations and standards (e.g., HIPAA, PCI-DSS, GDPR).
- Implement robust data security measures, including encryption, access controls, and audit trails.
- Innovation & Continuous Improvement
- Research, evaluate, and adopt new technologies, tools, and architectural practices to improve solutions and delivery processes.
- Continuously monitor technology trends and integrate relevant innovations into existing systems.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, knowledge sharing, and technical excellence across teams.
- Provide training and mentorship to team members and stakeholders on architectural best practices.
- Leadership
- Represent the company at public events, conferences, and knowledge-sharing forums to enhance visibility and brand recognition.
- Maintain a professional online presence (e.g., social media, blogs) aligned with company branding and thought leadership initiatives.
Qualifications - English level B2+ or higher.
- Possessed 3+ years of experience in a leadership position as an Architect.
- Proven AI Knowledge, Spec Driven Development, AI Agents.
- Proficiency in agile methodologies and SDLC.
- Solid hands-on experience on Backend, Front End, and DevOps practices, including IaC approach. Follow - "You Build You Run It!"
- Proven experience in Cloud Technologies (AWS or Azure), better to cover with Architect Certificate(AWS Solution Architect or Azure Solution Architect).
- Designed and delivered software architectures for 2-3 projects.
- Successfully led end-to-end delivery of 2-3 IT solutions on time and within budget.
- Facilitated workshops with stakeholders to ensure architectural alignment with evolving business requirements for 2-3 projects.
- Defined and enforced architectural standards and best practices across development teams for 2-3 projects.
- Created reusable architecture frameworks and components, increasing consistency and developer productivity for 2-3 projects.
- Experience in automation and CI/CD pipeline integration for 2-3 projects, and familiar with Infrastructure as a Code approach.
- Understanding of enterprise and business architecture.
- Ability to balance the long-term "big picture" and short-term implications of decisions.
- Experience in developing application architecture, roadmap and estimation.
- Experience in cloud-native or microservices-based architectures that supported system flexibility and modular growth for at least one project
- Experience in implementing monitoring and logging strategies to proactively address issues and improve incident response times for 2-3 projects.
- Strong background in using various libraries, frameworks, and design patterns.
- Understanding of:

Preferred Qualifications - Healthcare or Finance business domain knowledge.
- In-depth understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR, PCI DSS, SOC).
- Certifications or professional training in relevant technologies or methodologies (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect Expert, AWS Certified Solutions Architect – AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate/Professional, TOGAF, understanding ISO 42010)
- AI and AI Agents hands-on experience
- English level C1 (strong verbal and written).
