Team, about the role

We're looking for a Development Director with experience in managing large IT products who is ready to take responsibility for the results of our flagship games. With a strong product vision, you will lead key processes in product development and promote the professional growth of a large team of industry experts.

Tasks

• Managing a cross-functional product team of 100 people
• Design and implementation of production processes
• Definition and implementation of the product development strategy
• Hiring, training, and developing a product management team

Requirements

• Experience in managerial roles in the development of successful IT products
• Outstanding talent in managing and building large teams: hiring, evaluating, and developing key employees
• Experience forming a management vision
• Fluency in Russian
