Business Analyst (Direct Sales)

Skyro is a rapidly expanding fintech company serving thousands of customers in the Philippines through our lending business. What you will do:

• Work on the offer management system and customer engagement system

• Enhance pull channels (banners, pop-ups, in-app elements) and push channels

• Configure and support seasonal and regular sales campaigns, including cross-sell activities

• Improve customer journeys

• Participate in the setup and launch of A/B tests to measure effectiveness of new features and communications

• Gather and analyze business requirements, prepare specifications for the IT team, and drive product improvements

• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, developers, QA, designers, and marketing teams

What you should have:

• 2+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail

• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product and process improvements

• Experience working with SQL

• Ability to turn complex business needs into clear and structured documentation

• Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Miro, or similar

• Understanding of A/B testing principles

• English - Intermediate and higher; Russian - fluent

• Education - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field

Nice to have:

• Experience with marketing automation platforms or related systems, or experience in launching sales campaigns or cross-sell initiatives

• Familiarity with API documentation and integration projects

• Basic knowledge in advanced analytics, statistics, data science, ML, and product analytics concepts

• Experience in FinTech, Banking, or eCommerce field
