Lead, recruit, and develop a team of Account Executives — providing coaching, mentorship, and performance management to maintain high closure rates and quota attainment
Engage at C-level in customer organisations, supporting Account Executives in client meetings and coordinating internal resources including specialists, solution engineering, and executive stakeholders
Deliver accurate sales activity reporting and forecasting to Area Sales Management, while consistently elevating the quality and consistency of team sales activities

You're Our Person If...

Proven track record of building and leading high-performing enterprise sales teams, with experience in both direct and matrix people management

Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels — internally and externally

Fluent in English and Polish

Even Better If...

Familiarity with Data & Integration, AI-driven CRM, or multi-cloud Salesforce selling motions
Experience operating in a high-growth, fast-paced, matrix sales organisation
