These are the tasks awaiting you

• Developing a service mix for housing solutions (e.g. developer listings, mortgage, insurance) based on industry best practices and internal synergies

• Supporting and leading projects: defining objectives for various housing ecosystem services; developing and implementing business and financial models, marketing plans, and resource plans

• Identifying potential business partners and establishing cooperation frameworks via regular in-person negotiations with top developers, agencies, banks and home-service providers

• Continuously evaluating and improving the performance of launched services based on business and customer needs, defining and monitoring the necessary business KPI’s regarding the success of the operation

• Continuously monitoring domestic and international trends and best practices

• Preparing strategic materials for the Bank’s senior management such as competitor benchmarks, developer objections, pricing feedback, operational blockers and product gaps observed in the market

We’re looking for you if you have

• A college or university degree

• 3+ years of experience in business development or strategic consulting

• Proficient skills in Microsoft Office (primarily PowerPoint, Excel, and Word)

• A proactive personality who can be counted on

• Interest in the latest technologies and innovative solutions

• Passion for creating great services and customer experiences

• Fluent language knowledge in Uzbek, Russian and English

You’ll have an advantage if you have

• Previous experience working on digital or IT projects in the real estate industry

• Experience in retail banking

• Understanding how players in the housing market operate

• Previously worked with agile methodologies
