Senior Client Partner (New Business)

Waracle are looking for a Senior Client Partner for an exciting new role joining our world-class digital technology consultancy and home to a diverse, smart, curious and ambitious community of specialists in technology-driven transformation.

We work with ambitious clients to help them solve their biggest business and customer challenges. We help our clients to innovate and create intelligent digital products and services. We thrive on complex  challenges and deliver business-critical IT transformation projects, moving seamlessly from strategy, design and delivery to operations.

This is a Hybrid role working from our London or Edinburgh office 2 days a week

As a Senior Client Partner (New Business), you are accountable for identifying, shaping, and closing net-new client relationships to grow Waracle’s client portfolio. You will work closely with our wider demand, technology, product, design, and delivery teams to originate and win new opportunities.

Whilst this role presents an opportunity to think strategically, build teams, and flex commercial and operational muscles, ultimate success will be measured in net-new revenue terms. This is a hands-on, quota-carrying role. You will personally lead and contribute to pitches and proposals, direct cross-functional pursuit teams, and proactively generate demand through outbound prospecting, partner channels, referrals, events, and networking. You will cultivate strong relationships with senior enterprise client stakeholders, positioning Waracle effectively to help solve their digital and commercial challenges.

Each pursuit is supported by a cross-functional deal team spanning Delivery, Technology, Product, and Design specialists. You will lead these teams through the pursuit cycle, aligning subject matter experts to craft compelling propositions and deliver winning bids.

You’ll join a very high-functioning and successful demand team spanning client growth, new business, and marketing. It’s a small, cross-functional team. Whilst everybody has a clear mission, people are expected to collaborate, support each other, and when required step into each other’s domains.

Key aspects of the role include

• Driving Demand & Strategic Outreach: Collaborating on campaigns, VIP pursuits, and partnership channels to open doors and credibly position Waracle as a trusted digital partner.
• Uncovering & Shaping Opportunities: Taking a thoughtful, proactive approach to understanding client needs, qualifying prospects, and building momentum through meaningful dialogue.
• Leading Pitches & Proposals: Crafting end-to-end proposal narratives and commercial offers, and acting as a confident, engaging lead presenter during client pitches and workshops.
• Cross-Functional Team Leadership: Directing and inspiring multidisciplinary deal teams across Delivery, Technology, Product, and Design to craft winning propositions.
• Nurturing Executive Relationships: Building enduring, trust-based relationships with senior enterprise stakeholders, challenging decision-makers constructively, and expanding our market reach.
• Commercial Stewardship: Optimising margins, designing creative commercial structures, managing pipeline forecasting, and negotiating closing terms with integrity

Research shows that underrepresented groups tend to only apply for roles that they believe they meet 100% of the criteria for. At Waracle, we want to buck that trend! We hire for passion, potential and mindset as much as credentials. If you think you'd be incredible in the role, then apply - even if you don't think you tick every box

What you'll bring

• A proven track record of finding, shaping, and winning new client engagements within a digital technology consultancy or professional services environment.
  • Strong proposal and pitch presentation craft, with a flair for translating complex tech capabilities into engaging narratives and clear commercial value.
  • Outstanding senior stakeholder management skills, with the empathy and confidence to challenge, influence, and build trust with executive decision-makers.
  • Demonstrated experience bringing together and leading cross-functional teams (tech, product, design, delivery) in a supportive, deadline-focused environment.
  • Sound commercial acumen, including pipeline forecasting, margin optimisation, and negotiating win-win commercial agreements.
  • A collaborative, courage-driven mindset—bringing energy, integrity, and conviction to every decision, along with excellent communication skills
