We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and coordinate development projects for an e-learning video-based platform. You will manage cross-functional technical teams, oversee feature delivery, and ensure smooth execution of platform enhancements, system improvements, and user-facing functionalities. The role requires strong technical understanding, structured planning, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead IT, engineering, QA, and design teams in delivering features for an e-learning video-based platform.
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of web and platform development projects using Agile or hybrid methodologies.
- Define project scope, technical requirements, and timelines aligned with product and platform goals.
- Manage sprints, backlog prioritization, feature scoping, and development cycles.
- Maintain clear project documentation including technical requirements, release notes, and roadmaps.
- Provide structured updates through reports, status tracking, risks, blockers, and action plans.
- Coordinate closely with developers, QA, and DevOps to ensure high-quality releases.
- Conduct retrospectives and evaluate project outcomes for continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience managing IT/software development projects, ideally in web platforms or e-learning video-based systems.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, basic system architecture, API-driven development, and QA workflows.
- Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and sprint-based development.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate between technical teams and leadership.
- Ability to manage multiple technical priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Strong digital literacy and excellent computer skills.
- University degree and 4+ years of IT project management experience preferred.
Good to Have
- Experience with project management tools (Jira, Monday.com, Confluence, Slack).
- Solid understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Familiarity with Agile development frameworks and CI/CD processes.
- Exposure to cloud environments (AWS or similar).
- Experience working with streaming/video workflow projects is a plus.
