• Upgrade & Patching Automation: Partner with engineering and platform management teams (Panorama, Strata Cloud Manager) to streamline, automate, and accelerate patching and software rollouts.
• Platform Reliability & Defect Reduction: Build proactive operational strategies to make software upgrades seamless, predictable, and non-disruptive, directly reducing customer-found defects and operational downtime.
• Operational Tooling & "Shift-Left" Support: Equip enterprise customers, support, and field engineering with self-service tools, diagnostic telemetry, and proactive fleet insights to isolate and resolve operational anomalies rapidly.
• Technical Cross-Functional Leadership: Serve as the core bridge between systems software engineering, customer success, product operations, and global customer advisory councils to drive high-stakes architectural decisions.
