You need to have:

* At least 2 years of experience as a business analyst on IT projects
* Experience collecting, analyzing, decomposing, and formalizing requirements using various artifacts depending on the project context (WBS, User Stories with Acceptance Criteria, Use Cases, SRS, V&S, BRD, Business Cases, etc.)
* Experience with requirements management throughout the entire lifecycle (traceability, impact analysis, change management)
* Experience with business process modeling (BPMN) and using UML for various types of diagrams and models
* Experience or strong understanding of systems analysis (SQL, database modeling, data analysis, research and description of integrations)
* Knowledge of basic UI/UX principles and proficiency in prototyping tools (Figma)
* Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), knowledge of the main software development methodologies (Waterfall, Agile) and their frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
* Experience with identifying, analyzing, and managing stakeholder expectations
* Understanding of project risk management fundamentals at the requirements level
* Analytical thinking (ability to understand complex business processes and propose ways to optimize them)
* Ability to work in a team and find common ground with everyone
* Proactivity, passion, and love for the profession
* Strong expertise in GE GridOS software, GE ADMS / Scada Series 6 & PowerOn or GridOS Connect & Fabric
* In-depth knowledge of SCADA systems, substation automation, and real-time data acquisition
* Familiarity with network protocols (DNP3, Modbus, IEC 61850) and industrial communication standards
* English proficiency at least at B2 level

Will be a plus:

* Knowledge of other foreign languages (especially German) at least at B2 level
* Experience working in a bank or on fintech projects
* Experience in software development in other roles
* Mentoring experience
