Job description

Join the team. Make an impact.

At Holded, we believe that daily admin should never stop a great idea from becoming a success. That's why we create intuitive software to empower anyone who dares to start their own business. Long story short: we want to make business simple.

In order to create cutting-edge products that meet the needs of the sector, talent is essential. We are looking for passion, creativity, and commitment. In return, we offer the same.

The Role

Data plays a key role in how we design the product, support our customers, and make better decisions across the company. Our Data team works with teams across Holded (Product, Sales, Support, Marketing and Finance) and we’re now looking for a Product Data Analyst to join us, with a focus on specific products within Holded.

You’ll be part of a growing data organisation that includes analysts, data engineers and data science, and you’ll work closely with both business and product teams from day one.

You’ll start by supporting existing analysts and progressively take on more ownership as you grow. Your work will include:

• Building and improving dashboards used by Product and Business teams

• Answering data questions and helping teams understand what’s happening in the business

• Supporting product launches by helping define metrics, validating tracking and monitoring results

• Developing data models using dbt

• Contributing to shared metrics and a common semantic layer

• Working closely with Product Managers and Business stakeholders

Ideally, we are looking for an analyst with solid experience in dbt and an interest on data modeling and/or analytics engineering.

This is a role with significant growth opportunities, both in terms of scope and impact.

Within your first year, you should:

• Build dashboards and analyses that teams rely on.

• Contribute DBT models with full autonomy

• Help reduce the day-to-day workload for senior analysts

• Feel comfortable answering questions and suggesting improvements

• Start contributing to the betterment of our semantic layer

At Holded, we do things a bit differently. There’s no corporate nonsense and no old-fashioned hierarchy. Instead, we work in self-sufficient, autonomous teams. We are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all suitably qualified persons regardless of their race, sex, disability, religion/belief, sexual orientation, or age.

We didn’t start Holded to be another software company. We started Holded to be epic, and you will be part of it.
