MARKET & CONSUMER ANALYSIS: provide continuous market & consumers insights through the assigned assets and through competitors monitoring.
SALES ANALYSIS: provide a consistent reading and interpretation of sales results, monitoring the performance of own brands and competitor brands versus main sales KPIs.
PRODUCT PROPOSITION: Actively support and contribute to build and evolve the collection structure for the assigned brand portfolio throughout the seasons, ensuring to deliver a relevant and well merchandised product offer.
PRODUCT CREATION: Plan and Brief seasonal product range, new product introductions and development of new technologies. Ensure to deliver products matching the desired brief, through explanation and guidance to design and development teams, aiming to achieve a high quality/price ratio in the product proposition, in the respect of set target costs and marginality.
BUSINESS PLAN EXECUTION: Lead and, when requested, present the category Plans and Collection during all major Process Milestones.
TEAM LEADING: Be a proactive and cooperative team member, actively support new team members and facilitate cross functional activities within the POD.
TASK ORGANIZATION: Follow up the daily brand management tasks to meet the calendar deadlines of the product creation process, from strategic actions on product offer to operational tasks (i.e. systems maintenance, FlexPLM, 1C etc.).

Requirements:
Very good communication skills (presentation, ideas, brief).
Highly collaborative, pro-active, self- motivated & with a “will-to-learn” attitude.
Outdoor and lifestyle footwear understanding. Passion for products
Creative mind and marketer.
Analytical approach to business.
Organizational skills and ability to meet deadline in a goal oriented mindset.
Product, marketing, buying / assortment background with 2-3 years of experience in the industry.
Experience in “A brands” is helpful.
Education: University degree (preferably Marketing or Economics)
English: Intermediate
Program ownership: : MS Office (EXCEL and PowerPoint).
