The merged company Wildberries and Russ is an international technology company formed as a result of the merger of two market leaders — the IT company Wildberries and the outdoor advertising operator Russ.
The team focuses on international business development and strategic initiatives across multiple markets. We support expansion and new product launches through structured analysis, market research, and data-driven decision support in fast-moving and ambiguous environments.
What will you do:
- Drive market launches end-to-end: prepare launch plan, coordinate functions, and bring the country live;
- Translate strategy into operations: define workflows, responsibilities, and timelines;
- Coordinate HQ teams (product, logistics, finance, legal, marketing) and local teams during launch;
- Identify blockers and push decisions to keep launches on schedule;
- Set up core operating mechanics: pricing logic, assortment approach, supply setup, customer acquisition basics;
- Monitor OKRs and unit economics, react quickly when the market deviates from plan;
- Run post-launch stabilization and move the country to steady operations;
- Improve and standardize launch playbooks for future markets;
- Prepare clear status updates and escalation points for leadership.
What we expect:
- 3–5 years of experience in operations, strategy, general management, ideally in management consulting or fast-scaling tech companies;
- Strong structured thinking and ability to break ambiguous problems into clear actions;
- Execution mindset: ability to push projects forward and meet deadlines in imperfect conditions;
- Ownership mentality and accountability for outcomes, not just tasks;
- Willingness to travel and work across different markets and cultures;
- Experience in marketplaces, e-commerce, logistics, fintech, or other operationally complex businesses;
- English proficiency B2 / Upper-Intermediate or higher.
