Senior Product Analyst

What you will do:

• Connect and analyze both online and offline parts of the customer journey to get a full picture of customer behavior and experiences

• Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and sales operations teams to gather data, share insights, and align strategies

• Build reports and dashboards that show how customers move through different touchpoints and where improvements can be made

• Support teams with data-driven insights to optimize marketing campaigns, product features, and sales processes.

• Organize and lead cross-team collaboration by coordinating analyst efforts and sharing findings for better decision-making.

• Monitor overall customer experience metrics and help define success criteria for each stage of the journey.

• Drive process improvements in how data is collected and analyzed across teams to speed up insights delivery.

What you should have:

• 3+ years of experience

• Strong skills in SQL

• Data tools and visualization platforms (e.g., Excel, Tableau)

• Statistical/analytical concepts (A/B testing, product analytics, machine learning)

• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a structured approach to data analysis

• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product/process improvements

• English: Upper-Intermediate or higher

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of web/app analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Amplitude)

• Understanding of marketing performance metrics

• Proven experience of building and mentoring a team of analysts
