We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our Courier and Delivery Experience team, driving innovations that enhance courier delivery experiences while improving operational efficiency. This role requires strong product management and leadership skills to guide cross-functional teams and align product strategies with broader business goals, focusing on key metrics like courier engagement and satisfaction. 

Role Responsibilities:

• Maintain and refine a detailed backlog of user stories, participating in sprint planning and supporting development teams throughout the process.
• Drive the product development process, including roadmap, release planning, and product expertise, while collaborating with UX, design, and product management teams.
• Prioritize market and customer needs to deliver high-value product releases and support Go-To-Market teams for smooth feature launches.
• Foster innovation and enhance the omnichannel experience across internal and external stakeholders.

Role Requirements:

• 5+ years in a similar role with expertise in courier services and delivery systems.
• Proficient in creating roadmaps based on company objectives, key metrics, and performance indicators.
• Experience with user behavior data collection, analysis, and statistical concepts (probability, distributions, variance).
• Exceptional stakeholder management capabilities, effectively collaborating with internal teams and external partners while engaging confidently with leadership in high-visibility roles.
• Ability to work in global markets, understand local trends, and manage multicultural, distributed teams.
• Familiarity with mobile platforms, industry trends, and established best practices is desirable.
• Fluency in English; Russian and/or Arabic is a plus.
