Autonomous AI agents are one of the defining technology categories of the decade: businesses are shifting from tools that help people work to systems that do the work themselves. We are a product company building such a system for the US B2B market.

Through our platform, companies can deploy autonomous AI agents that take ownership of complete business processes rather than assist with isolated tasks. These agents work as part of day-to-day operations and carry tasks through from initial request to completion.

We are opening the Head of Marketing position — the first person to build the marketing function end-to-end: strategy, positioning, go-to-market, demand, analytics. You will work directly with the founder and have broad ownership of marketing strategy and execution.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Positioning. Define who we are in the market and why customers choose us over the dozens of "AI tools" around. ICP, decision-maker mapping, value proposition, and messaging by segment. Customer development with US clients and feeding insights back to the product team.

Go-to-market. Design and launch GTM strategies by segment: determine where a self-serve motion works, where a sales-led motion is required, and how customers move between the two. Arm the sales team with materials that close deals.

Demand and pipeline. Paid acquisition, SEO, AEO/GEO, content, webinars, partner and affiliate programs, industry communities, ABM for key accounts. Your job is not to "run channels" but to find the ones that deliver pipeline of the right volume and quality — and shut down the rest.

Product funnel. Together with the product team: activation, trial-to-paid conversion, onboarding, retention, and account expansion.

Money and metrics. Full-funnel analytics and attribution. You own CAC, LTV, channel payback, and marketing's contribution to ARR — and you defend those numbers in front of leadership.

Execution. Contractors and agencies: selection, briefing, acceptance, deadlines, budget. Plus your own AI agents for routine work — we expect you to automate your job the same way our product automates our clients' businesses.

YOU ARE A FIT IF YOU

Have at least two years of experience marketing products in the US with personal ownership of budget and metrics
Know B2B SaaS from the inside: subscription model, long sales cycles, multiple decision-makers, and the difference between SMB and enterprise
Can run the full cycle: positioning → go-to-market → funnel from first touch to account expansion
Understand how US buyers search for solutions, make purchasing decisions, and where they form opinions about a category
Design agentic workflows for your own tasks — not "tried ChatGPT" but building pipelines that actually work
Are fluent with numbers: GA4, GTM, ad platforms, attribution models, unit economics. SQL is a plus
Write marketing copy at a native level
Are ready to walk through your case studies in an interview — with numbers, not slides

NICE TO HAVE

Launched an AI or SaaS product in the US market from scratch
Hands-on AEO and GEO experience — practiced, not just read about
Product-led growth
Marketing team management experience

WHAT WE OFFER

Fully remote with no geographic restrictions, flexible schedule

Performance evaluated based on outcomes, not hours worked

Full ownership and autonomy across strategy, budget, and team

Direct work with the founder — decisions take days, not quarters

Compensation is discussed individually based on experience and fit for the role

Corporate training and travel to industry conferences

HOW TO APPLY

Instead of a standard cover letter, four points:

Your US-market projects: product, segment, your area of ownership
Channels and budgets you managed
Results, in metrics
How AI agents are built into your own work

We welcome portfolio examples, including websites, landing pages, campaigns, publications, and case studies.
