About the Role
We’re opening a Partners Marketing Manager role to develop tailored marketing strategies for our Key Partners (national wide retailers such as Abenson, SM Malls, FC Home, ACE Hardware, etc) to growth sales and boost Salmon awareness trough partners network across Philippines.
By this role we will ensure consistent planning, execution, and effectiveness measurement across key partners activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement tailored marketing strategies for each partner, aligned with Salmon’s and the partner’s business objectives
- Work closely with Key Account Management integrating into the client relationship process
- Provide POSm communication support and marketing materials accounting
- Plan, launch and coordinate activation mechanics to boost Product Loan disbursements
- Measure the effectiveness of marketing activities by key partners
- Manage and control the marketing budget for each partner
You’re a great fit if you:
- Proven marketing experience with a strong focus on account and partner marketing management
- High-level project management skills, capable of managing up to 30 partners simultaneously (with a different engagement level)
- Deep knowledge of the Philippines market and in-store engagement specifics
- Experience in building partner marketing programs
- High analytical skills to measure effectiveness of marketing performance (ROI, CPA, CPL, etc).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate and convince partners to accept our marketing offers
