About the role:
We are looking for a Data Analyst to join the OPS Tech team and enable consistent, audit-ready analytics across operational and control processes. This role sits at the intersection of analytics and technology operations: from building reliable datasets and defining metrics to developing dashboards that support monitoring, compliance, and decision-making. You will work closely with TPM owners and the central data platform team to establish scalable, trustworthy data foundations across OPS Tech streams.
Your Future Responsibilities Await :
- Deliver datasets, metrics, and dashboards across OPS Tech streams for operational monitoring and audit readiness.
- Build and maintain data marts for key processes - reconciliation controls, disputes performance, portal usage, queue and SLA metrics.
- Implement basic data quality checks for critical datasets - completeness, consistency, timeliness.
- Support investigations - extract insights and explain drivers behind operational issues.
- Collaborate with the data platform team on access, infrastructure needs, and performance.
Requirements
- 3+ years as a Data Analyst in fintech, banking, or complex operations.
- Strong SQL and experience with modern data platforms.
- Ability to translate operational processes into correct metrics and dashboards.
- Strong English communication skills.
