Join our Growth team as a Client Engagement Coordinator, where you'll partner with the Growth Manager and Managing Partner to keep our CRM current, orchestrate strategic meeting prep, and delve into client research.
What Success in This Role Looks Like
- Pipeline Management: Keep our CRM database up-to-date within 24 hours to ensure the growth team has all the information they need for effective communicative processes and follow-ups.
- Sales process maintenance & optimization: This includes forming targeted segments, setting up automated sales campaigns (Zappier), crafting compelling wordings, and coordinating outreach and communication with leads.
- Comprehensive Market Research: Delve deep into the latest trends in the private market, uncovering valuable insights about private companies that have recently raised capital.
- Database Mastery: Maintain and update our companies and deal databases with meticulous attention to detail to ensure that our automated reporting is precise and accurate.
- Reports and Presentations: Perform on-time department presentations and visual reports, ensuring they are sent promptly to the team channels for review and action.
Who We Are Looking For

- Experience in using marketing automation tools and sales processes
- Strong data structuring skills with acute attention to detail. Talent for distilling complex data into easy-to-understand summaries.
- Strong research skills with the ability to gather information on various topics from multiple sources efficiently
- Clear, excellent, and concise communication in English
- Possess an eagle eye for detail, ensuring data accuracy and reliability in all our systems and reports
