Preparation & implementation of a yearly marketing plan for the brand (based on the international strategy and activities developed in terms of new product

• Development and execution of brand, portfolio strategy including innovation pipeline to ensure brand growth in coloration category
• Leading brand positioning and communication updates to ensure brand equity development, execution of marketing campaigns
• Control P&L of brand and products, regularly controlling retail prices, costs of goods and margins, control marketing budget
• Proposal, implementation and analysis of all necessary market research activities for the brand and the related projects, together with Market research team
• Obtaining and analysis of all relevant market information concerning the brand (market shares, shares of voice, consumer attitudes, brand awareness/usage, competitors’ activities, etc)
• Leading cross-functional projects on day-to-day basis to ensure launches in time
• Preparation of materials for management team, sales division (selling stories, performance reviews)
