What you'll do:
📊 Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, annual, and other reports, as well as conduct analysis;
📈 Develop analytical reports and presentations for top management;
🔍 Analyze current business metrics and provide recommendations for improvement;
✅ Ensure accurate reporting and performance analysis against historical data and budget;
📉 Develop and monitor key collection efficiency indicators (Recovery Rate, PTP, Kept PTP, Gross Efficiency, etc.).
What we expect:
✈️ Willingness to relocate to India, Gurgaon;
🎓 Higher education (Mathematics/Engineering/Economics);
📊 3+ years of experience as an Analyst in the Collection field;
💻 Advanced knowledge of SQL (CTEs, window functions, complex queries, stored procedures);
📉 Experience with Power BI or other BI tools;
🗣 Conversational English (B2+).
🐍 Python knowledge is a plus;
