Challenges That Await You:- Driving HTM Strategy Execution: Leverage your 6+ years of Front Office experience to efficiently structure, execute, and monitor investment strategies aligned with funding and capital objectives.
- Designing and Enhancing FTP Methodology: Apply deep expertise in Asset Liability Management (ALM) and market curve construction to develop and refine our Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) framework, ensuring accurate risk-adjusted performance measurement.
- Managing Structural Risk Exposure: Utilize your experience with interest rate swaps and hedging instruments to actively manage IRRBB (Interest Rate Risk in the Banking Book) and FX risk, while progressively implementing Asset Swap strategies to optimize portfolio returns and risk positioning.
- Navigating Regulatory Complexity: Ensure full alignment with local regulatory metrics including IRL, CFEN, Solvency, Leverage, and other prudential indicators. You will balance profitability, liquidity, and capital efficiency within a demanding regulatory environment.
- Bridging Strategy and Communication: Operate effectively in a bilingual environment, using your conversational English skills to collaborate with regional or global stakeholders, ensuring alignment across Front Office, Risk, Treasury, and Finance teams.
What Makes You a Great Fit:- Minimum 6 years of Front Office experience to execute our HTM strategy efficiently.
- Expertise in ALM and market curves to design our FTP methodology and experience with Swaps to manage IRRBB, Fx rate risk and implement Asset Swap strategies later on.
- Master on local regulatory metrics (IRL, CFEN, Solvency, leverage.. etc).
