Our ambition is to become an AI team for first-time founders: not just a code builder, but an end-to-end startup execution platform.

We are looking for a Head of Growth who can build our growth engine from zero and turn it into a repeatable, scalable system.

### Role Mission

Your mission is to build a repeatable, scalable growth engine that turns traffic into activated users and paid customers, while keeping CAC, payback, and retention under control.

This is not a role for someone who only manages campaigns or produces reports. We need a hands-on growth leader who can connect acquisition, activation, conversion, revenue, and user success into one growth system.

### Key Outcomes

• Conversion from visitors and registrations to paid customers
• Build sales channels that generate predictable paid users
• Create user success cases
• Grow MRR

### What You Will Do

• Build and own the growth roadmap.
• Analyze the full funnel and identify the biggest conversion bottlenecks.
• Launch weekly growth experiments across acquisition, activation, conversion, and retention.
• Test and scale paid and organic acquisition channels.
• Improve landing pages, messaging, offers, onboarding, paywalls, and lifecycle flows.
• Work with Product and Marketing to improve activation and conversion to paid.
• Build dashboards and weekly growth reporting.
• Talk to users and turn insights into growth hypotheses.
• Build a repeatable growth operating system from zero.
• Kill weak ideas fast and double down on what works.

You are equally comfortable discussing CAC, writing landing page copy, reviewing ad creatives, checking funnel analytics, talking to users, challenging agencies, and pushing product improvements.

You care more about paid customers and MRR than likes, impressions, or beautiful reports.

You can be both strategic and hands-on.
