Cleverside – who we are?
We are an international mobile product company based in Cyprus and building high-performing subscription-based apps and mobile games since 2019. Our distributed team of 35+ talented professionals works globally to create products used by thousands of users worldwide. We operate in two key directions: game&non-game products available on 3 platforms: iOS, Android, Amazon Appstore. Our portfolio includes 15+ mobile games and 10+ utility apps. We combine data-driven decision-making, rapid experimentation, and scalable product strategies to build apps that perform, grow, and lead in their categories.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst with subscription-based apps and mobile games (ad monetization + in-app purchases);
- Experience with incentive traffic – will be plus;
- Proficiency in data modeling, ETL processes, data warehousing, and database management;
- Experience with A/B testing;
- Interest in developing expertise in automation and AI for analytics;
- Experience with mobile analytics, ROI calculations, and predictive analytics is a plus.
Stack
- SQL (ClickHouse), Python, Google Analytics (nice to have – Google Sheets, GrowthBook)
- MMP APIs (AppsFlyer or other) – integrations and setup;
- Preferred: experience with ad network placement APIs (Google Ads, Facebook, Unity, AppLovin);
- SKAN, especially SKAdNetwork 4 postbacks;
Responsibilities
- Work with A/B testing, analyze and interpret the results, and provide actionable recommendations based on the findings;
- Analyze in-game data and user behavior to identify growth opportunities and bottlenecks, driving product and monetization decisions through data;
- Provide analytical support for non-gaming verticals (web, utilities, incentivized traffic);
- Collaborate with the User Acquisition (UA) team to support data-driven decision-making (predictions, target ROAS, KPIs);
- Manage data sources and processing pipelines to improve data validation and efficiency of data usage.
