Sardina Systems is an OpenInfra software platform company based on OpenStack, Kubernetes and Ceph. We build serious infrastructure software for cloud operators and enterprises — and we need someone who can explain it just as seriously. We're looking for a Content Manager who genuinely enjoys digging into complex technology and turning it into content people actually want to read. Someone who follows industry trends, knows how to talk to engineers without losing the thread, and can find the story in a product release or a whitepaper draft. You'll own the content pipeline — from blog articles and brochures to presentations and technical briefs.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Research, write and edit articles, blog posts, whitepapers, brochures, and presentation copy across technical and business audiences
- Follow OpenInfra, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise IT market trends and weave them into timely, relevant content
- Work directly with engineers and product leads to extract insights and translate them into clear, compelling narratives
- Develop SEO-optimized content that ranks and converts — keyword research, structure, metadata
- Maintain a consistent editorial calendar and take ownership of delivery without hand-holding
- Adapt tone and complexity depending on audience — from C-level decision-makers to Linux admins
What You'll Need:
- 2–4 years of experience in content writing, preferably in B2B tech or SaaS
- Ability to understand IT products at a functional level — you don't need to code, but you need to keep up in a room full of people who do
- Strong research skills — you find primary sources, read documentation, and don't rely on surface-level summaries
- Experience writing SEO-optimized long-form content
- Excellent written English; additional languages are a plus
- Comfortable working autonomously in a fully distributed team
- Based in or willing to work within European time zones (CET/EET)
We offer:
- Work on a technically rich product with a team of experienced engineers and infrastructure specialists
- A fully remote, async-friendly environment with flexible hours
- Opportunity to develop deep expertise in OpenStack, Kubernetes, and the OpenInfra ecosystem
- Competitive compensation with regular review
- Attendance at relevant industry conferences and meetups
Got a portfolio? We'd love to see it. Let's talk.
